RETURN POLICY

The following is the ADK® return policy for all purchases made through our online retail store only. ADK® does not accept returns on items purchased outside of ADKCOOLERS.com.

It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your ADK® products. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the sale price within 30 days of the date of delivery. All merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in the original packaging. Any original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

To avoid delays, please include a copy of your approved return confirmation (RMA No.) with the merchandise so we can process your return promptly. You're welcome to pick any shipper of your choice to return your item(s).

It's important to note that you may cancel your order for a full refund anytime prior to shipment. However, once an order ships you will have to follow the returns process if you want to return an item(s). Any refused deliveries will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

SHIPPING POLICY

ADK® uses FedEx and UPS Ground services on all of our coolers and USPS on all of our drinkware, swag and accessories shipments unless otherwise noted by customer service or as requested by you, our customer. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship based on which product(s) you've purchased unless otherwise stated.

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight (no ground service available), and will incur additional shipping charges based on weight or insured value of the package. We will contact you with the new shipping charges before processing your order.

ADK® can ship merchandise outside of the USA, please contact us for a freight quote prior to completing your purchase. Free shipping is only available to qualifying domestic orders.
